We have today deployed 3 new versions of Sales Order Service to production with under the hood stuff for the future.

Created by information in GET order response	The response from GET /api/v3/salesorders/{type}/{orderId} now includes the username of the user that created the order provided the order was created using the UI (createdBy field).
