Error during review cycle component filling (10945478)

Message

Unexpected error when saving a review cycle.

Solution

A user was not able to save an already started review cycle after the performance cycle step was removed by the administrator. The saving process of the review cycle has a check whether the review is finalized by the manager and the review phases are digitally signed. When the review cycle step is removed, the review phase check returns a Null for this removed review cycle step and produced an error.

After updating the software, the digital signature will be updated after removing a review cycle step. This prevents the digital signature check being run for the removed review cycle steps and therefore it will not result in an error.

When a type of review in the cycle is disabled, and for some employees still open, only the manager will be able to sign that review to give the review the finished status and to continue the HR-cycle.
