Synchronization Extra Questions between manager and employee. (change #2207541)

Why

We received the request about the functionality, that employee was not able to see the manager's comments.

How

Functionality was changed so that comments are visible for both users, the manager can see the employee's comments and the employee manager's comments.

Why

After the redesign of UI, pdf styles were not the same as on the page.

How

Now PDF document content and style should be the same as in Review/Details.

In the Dutch version of the status reviews, we displayed an English term.

How

We changed the text Title into Titel in the result area popup.
