Why
Previously it was possible to store two competencies with the same name. This is no longer possible.
How
Settings | Competencies | Edit | Translate name
In this feature, it is now no longer allowed to save different competencies under the same name.
If you want to save a second competence that is already in use, you will get a message that this name is already used.
