• What is the problem? Robots are not working at the moment.
• What is the impact? All processes, run by Kryon robots are not performing at the moment.
• The root cause is: Kryon and we are investigating
• Who is doing what now? Our team are in the process of finding the root cause.
• When will we be able to have this problem resolved? We don't know yet.

Met onze Kryon software hebben we momenteel een storing wat resulteert in het niet kunnen draaien van alle processen die met Kryon werken.

Als uw Robotgebruiker op het portaal Youforce "..... KRY - 1"  in de gebruikersnaam heeft dan kan het zijn dat ook het proces voor u momenteel even stil ligt. We doen er alles aan om de issue op te lossen en de processen weer te activeren.

Tevens zijn er momenteel wat issues binnen Youforce wat ook ervoor zorgt dat robotics processen die zich binnen Youforce afspelen momenteel niet optimaal werken.

We werken aan een oplossing en zullen u hier over de voortgang over informeren.

UPDATE: PROBLEEM OPGELOST

• What is the problem? Robots are not working at the moment. ==> NOW THEY ARE WORKING AGAIN
• What is the impact? All processes, run by Kryon robots are not performing at the moment.==> NOW THEY ARE WORKING AGAIN
• The root cause is: Kryon and we are investigating. NOT CLEAR YET 
• Who is doing what now? Our team are in the process of finding the root cause.When will we be able to have this problem resolved? We don't know yet. ==> SOLVED

De problemen met de Robotics software Kryon zijn opgelost en de processen met Robotics zijn inmiddels weer opgestart. De robot zal de komen de uren (avond/nacht) bezig zijn om de achterstand van de te verwerken processen in te halen

Indien er nog performance-problemen zijn die voor vertraging binnen Youforce zorgen (langzamere werking), dan ervaart de robot deze (ook) nog steeds.
