Tiedoksi Nets:ltä tullut tiedote korjauspäivityksestä.

We have created a hotfix for the terminalinfocontroller service to repair the issue which caused the service unavailability during the weekend. The hotfix will be deployed to production during maintenance window 04:00 – 05:00 CET Tuesday 21st May. The update should not cause more than short break in the service.

• There are no actions required by the merchants after the updates but if for any reason the terminal is not automatically reconnected, please try to restart the payment terminal device.

There will be a maintenance break at the night between Wednesday 15^{th and Thursday 16th of May. Break is planned to start at 04:00 CET and should last only a few minutes.}

• Maintenance break is required for the security patches and other platform updates to be installed properly. Unfortunately this requires a short break when services are restarted and updates are taken into use. It should not last more than a few minutes and planned to happen around 04:00 CET.
• There are no actions required by the merchants after the updates but if for any reason the terminal is not automatically reconnected, please try to restart the payment terminal device or connect your usual support channels at Nets.

  Our ISP has informed that they are doing maintenance work between 18.05.2024 21:00 CET and 19.05.2024 05:00 CET. It should not affect the Connect@Cloud services but if you encounter any issues with service during that period, please be patient and try again after short wait.
