One customer uses shipment to reserve items to orders/customers. This works really well, but they need cancel orders from time to time. For that purpose they need to delete the shipment (unrealized) shipment on the order. Thank you !

Hi, Generic inquiries are currently not supported via the api, neither is export by scenario. You\d have to collect the data as available under current endpoints as they present data and manipulate the info yourself depending on what it is that you want to do.

Hello, thank you for your input. This would be definitely a lucrative function which would provide better experience and technical results for both sides. There is a thread that where we're gathering feedback about how the new Inventory Summary Endpoint should be refactored in order to be able to meet Client's integration expectations in a better way. Input wanted: Change of endpoint InventorySummary -Request: Webhooks support for "inventorySummary" endpoint. We've also emphasized the importance of having webhook support on this endpoint once again and this improvement request is already in our backlog. Please feel free to share your comments under the aforementioned thread as well. Thank you.

Third party systems such as POS or E-commerce platforms need real time inventory updates of inventory balance. I'm therefore surprised NOT to find an event for inventory update. F.ex in IN301000 Receipts, IN302000 Issues, Purchase receipts or Shipments. As it is now I will have to make a cumbersome workaround, including polling on last changed date, to make this work. That's not like Visma.net. We need an event (or even two) for changing inventory. I have yet a month to go before release 🙂

Hello, currently, there is no Webhook event defined for the "Inventory Receipts" module that could be "Triggered on status change or custom action" therefore this is not available in the event list. We recommend that you describe the process in detail and post this improvement request in the "Ideas" section. This allows other community members to vote on the idea, which consequently influences the implementation priority / sprint planning process of the development team. Thanks.
