Hi @Svanbenthem  It is as described by @Bas Menken - Gemeente Leiden describes, as soon as a period is closed by gemal (payroll being run) then new declarations will be processed/integrated in the next one. You can check on which period the declaration is expected to be integrated checking its details ( either the employee, or the administrator through https://admin.expense.youforce.com   ...
