Group of approvers

Hi there

I use VDC 12.00 on Visma Business.

We have a group of coordinators that needs to approve our invoices.

There are 3 coordinators, they all need to be able to see the invoice, but only one of them need to approve the invoice, and then it should disappear from all 3 coordinators lists.

Is that possible to do in document center?

Right now we have created an extra shared account called "Coordinators", but when that one approves, we can't see who (person) actually made the approval. And i don't think that is optimal.

Does anyone have an idea for this?

Visma Document Center do not support this, but this is a good idea for future versions. However, this is not planned for the next version of VDC.
