Visma Document Center - "Failed. Check that the 0 service is running"

I receive the following error when trying to start Visma doc center Windows client. 
"Failed. Check that the 0 service is running". 
The address to the Document Server is configured during installation and is populated in the config file. 



Any suggestions on what might be missing from my installation?
