Today we're experiencing a new series of issues with 502 bad gateway messages during heavy load querying the inventory endpoints. (12:11,10:17,08:34)
Timeout messages (from the API gateway communicating with Visma.net backend , not on our client side) has also started appearing during shipment confirmation. (All day yesterday 08-15)

We'll have a look if there is any issues when it comes to the 502's.
Regarding the shipping confirmation, could you please ask your customer to try this in the UI as well?
There is an ongoing case in the ERP where there is an issue performing different operations, among them confirming shipments.
If this is an issue in the UI, could you please aks your customer to also make any form of post in the general ledger, and then report the issue to the ERP support?

Thank you, regarding the confirmation it's also confirmed it happened in the GUI and it will be reported accordingly.
