There are a lot of 5520-errors now. In addition we see "A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The wait operation timed out.)" sometimes.

The mitigation was finished yesterday (at least that is what it says on status.visma.com) ... but there is no doubt that something is not as it should be

Hello, we're still working on the case. Are you receiving the error occasionally, or is this a permanent connection issue ? If so, are you able to share information about the list of the endpoints / operations failing ?

GET request works for us now.
POST and PUT have random errors.

Its not all the requests, but maybe about 50% of the requests.

All kind of endpoints, like:
PurchaseOrder
Inventory
SalesOrder
Shipment
Carrier
PaymentMethod

and so on.

The response times varies a bit as well. Does not matter if there is an error or successful response back, but it can be from 0,5 seconds to 30 seconds
