Hi,
Got an email from don.not.reply@platform.visma.com that the rights for our account for one of our ERP API connections have been changed because "The role assignment is not covered by a license". This led to our API connection stoppped working for that customer. This is the account we use to log in to visma finance as the API key is connected to this account.
When we do API request to visma we get this error message.

We are still using the old VNI authentication and the API connection was created with the help of VIsma NET ISV so I don't have anything och the developer portal for this connection.
Why has the right to the account been changed and how can we start the API connection again?

Please make sure that the user you are using has the roles "Financials Administrator" & "Financials User":
Note: The "API user" role here is only needed for the interactiv authentication via the developer portal.
Please let us know if you still have these issues when the roles have been applied in Visma Admin.
