API timeout since your upgrade on the 16th of May

we currently have an application that reads data from GeneralLedgerTransactions.

This application connects to Visma.Net once per hour and has done so since 2021.

We have identified that this download fails almost 100% between 9-19 on weekdays since 17/5, when we get no response from the API and the question times out.

We read that you made an api update for GeneralLedgerTransactions 16/5, which we assume has affected the performance on this side, as the download still goes through on weekends.

 

The error message we get is: "Error: Timeout when waiting for HTTP response from server. Increase the <Timeout> value in your settings."

However, we see no difference when we try to change the timeout.

 

What in the api upgrade could have caused the following and is there something you are working on?

Or how should we adjust the time out to avoid this problem?

Or is there a new parameter or similar that needs to be sent after the upgrade to get a faster response?

Increase of the timeout parameter solved the problem
