'Access denied' during authorisation through Visma Connect

Hi,

 

we are testing our integration through Visma Connect with Visma Financials ERP on a second test company, and during authorisation with our client there pops up a screen showing:

Access denied

You do not have access to the selected company or to any companies for this application

You are signed in as ("company", "account")

 

We are not sure why there is a problem with authorisation to this company, since the previous test company we tested worked.
We can authorise to this company through VNI, but not Visma Connect.

Do you know where is the problem? Maybe we are lacking some permissions for this account? If you want, I can send you companyId and account to check.

Hello, yes, this can be related to the access (User>Company>Tenant Token)

 

Could you please review the following setup for your application ? 

Getting started with Visma Developer Portal

3.3 Choose the Organization/Company you want to work with
3.4 How to assign “App Store: Integration Administrator Role

then generate a token based on that Tenant ID you find in the AppStore.
