Admin switch/country update issue

We are getting an error message when we update the country of the Administration.

 

After changing the country, when attempt is made to switch the Administration, an error page is displayed. Please refer attached screen for error message.

We tried executing similar steps for other Administrations as well but receiving same error message. They are also not showing up later in the list for switching.

 

Can you please look into this on priority as this is impacting our testing and planned feature upgrades?

We've seen that NL ERP Team has already provided information on the forwarded ticket.

Changing country in Admin is in general not supported for most countries. This is because when creating a company, a specific template with country-specific instructions is installed. These templates are only made for countries in which we are actively supporting Visma.net ERP. Currently this means only NL, SE, NO, FI and DK are supported.
