When I try to retrieve budgets using the budget API, it does not take into account the subaccounts that are inactive. Only the budgets that are linked to active subaccounts are retrieved. I expect to be able to retrieve all budgets including those that are linked to inactive subaccounts, because these subaccounts were active when the budgets were registered in Visma.

As far as we have been able to see this also happens in the UI.
We would recommend that you get in contact with your partner service regarding this as it's a feature of the system and not a bug in the API.
