Duplicates of salesorders

Hi,

 The customer experienced that they recived doplicates of salesorders on the 29.11.2020.

Every other day, before and after its been good. The customer cant see anything in the logs that would indicate what the reason for this was.

Can you please check if you can see the reason for this insident?
