After the update yesterday I randomly get the error message "Invalid Token" when fetching shipments.
Nothing is changed on my side and the integration uses clientid/tenantid.

+1 on this from us as well, we are getting this message several times each day for different tenants on different endpoints for the last couple of days, like generalledgertransactions, customercreditnote and generalledgerbalance. We are using clientId/tenantId as well and are checking the expiration time of the token before each call.
Are you running different operations rather than the Shipment Endpoint ? Is this only happening with the specific endpoint&operation ?
Please also send us your ClientID and the tenantIDs those requests are sent to.

+1 on this error, since yesterday we are experiencing the same error, but in our case it concerns salesorders and cashtransaktions
