Inventory endpoint pagination and slow respons

Hi,

We are running a lot og integration based in lookup against attributes on the inventory, this is for posting information to different e-commerce platforms. 
When we doing a Get for retrieving updated products, the requery takes up to 2 minutes per product. 

Is there any plan for uptimes this endpoint and get faster response? When there have been bigger updates on the inventory, the updates can run for several hours.  This is not very effective.

Hello Steinar, 

 

Although we're unable to share any specific date at the moment, we have a development plan for refactoring the most frequently used endpoints to gain performance on the specific big data size concerning transactions. We're currently gathering information for the project, Inventory endpoint is definitely will be in the top of the list among with some other endpoints. 

We'll be able to share information in detail once the improvement plan has finalized.

Hi,

We having issues with slow response from Visma.net API today and all of our syncs seems to  take much longer time to retrieve info and post to the API.
We also get errors without any responsData.

 It seems that something is wrong, can you pleas verify if there are any problems today?

Hi Steinar, 

 

we have the same issue here. It takes us 90 seconds to fetch 1 page with 500 inventories. Now we try to get the last-changes only which results in 19 pages. That will take together about an halv a hour.
