Issue posting SalesOrder of type "RC" after 8.32 Release

We are suddenly getting errors when creating some ordertypes for one customer.

it worked fine yesterday, but today we receive the following error:  "Not able to use 'Domestic services deductible document' on orderType RC"

 

other ordertypes are still working fine and we are able to import them without any problem.

we have not made any changes to the program and as far as we know it has not been any changes in the customer installation either.

 

do you have any idéa what causes this problem, or can tell me exactly what it means?

Visma.net ERP version 8.33 will be released 19/01  22:30 CET. There will be short downtime between 22:30 and 00:30 This is because we have an issue with the upgrade process that prevents us from upgrading databases without downtime. In the coming releases this will be resolved. status.visma.com will be updated accordingly. 

We will keep you informed of any changes.

How are we doing with this issue? I'm getting reports from customers that push of SO still is not running as normal.

8.33 version hasn't been deployed yet. Currently, we don't have specific time information, but we're expecting this to be released towards evening.

Hello, 

This bug is related to the Sales Order Endpoint (ROT-RUT) function that has been recently extended in 8.32 version.

We're sorry for the standstill this may have caused in your integrations.  Development team is on the case and is still working on a solution. 

This has been marked to be included in V.8.33 planned to be released on Tuesday 19/1.

We are checking with the development team for what is possible.

We checked with the development team if it was possible to roll this out before, but the fix has been decided to be implemented in v.8.33

So by that you mean there will be no solution for this until next week, 19/1? 

I don't think this is acceptable. It's has not been working since 13/1, and, like mentioned in other comments, order for some customer is piling up.

We're aware the importance of the situation and conveyed this to the related points. We do our utmost to get this bug fixed and the information we received is the release date set 19.01 for 8.33 version that fix can be deployed. We'll inform if there are any changes. This is a known issue and is being worked on with critical priority. We'll let you know when the fix is being deployed.

We experience the same on one of our customers. It started on the morning of January 13th

Ordertype HA inherited from SO fails with the same error message.

 

Visma, can you please investigate? As always this has a direct impact on our customers order flow with economical consequences.
