Hello,

 

Can you help me please?

I want to update a receipt order, but at this specific one i get a protocol error.

Please attach the JSON as a file to the post, include the error message you received, as well as what it is that you are trying to do.

Apart from this, please include what happens when you try to perform the same operation in the UI.

Hi,

 

I want to insert the scanresults.

 

Apart from this, please include what happens when you try to perform the same operation in the UI.

I am not allowed to log in in the administration, I will ask the user to try.

 

Where I can attach a TXT file , because if I drag it in I get an error.

What error are you receiving when you are posting/putting the JSON?

Draging it to the box should pose no issues.

Please include the screenshots from the UI so that we can pinpoint the error somewhat.
