I'm just about to start an integration and I'm wondering where do you register an application to get client_id and client_secret?

this can be handled by the partner service from your country. Please contact partner service and inform about your request, specifying the Redirect_URI and the email address of API Client contact person.  Contacting Visma Partner Service
