Salesorder API v3 creating orderLines without subaccount

Hi, 

 

It is not possible to create a salesorder without specifying the subaccount.

 

Would you like to take a look?

Hi,

Most likely the company you are sending requests to have subaccounts required, and the subaccounts that are set up on the item you are using has a default value set that is shorter than the subaccounts that have been set up.

This is possible to do with the v2 salesorder api. Same company, that's why i assumed it has something to do with v3.

Please have a look at the segment key setup for your subaccounts(ScreenId=CS202000&DimensionID=SUBACCOUNT):

The issue might be that there is some validation that is not properly done in V2 as well.

Hi! The issue seem to be that for the order type(s) the segment length have not been updated correctly, looks like some segment have been added and with that the order type setting have not been correctly updated. I'll check this and check that this issue is fixed.

 

To get this working, do the following:

1. Open Sales - Preferences - Order types

2. Select the order type

3. In the 'Combine sales sub from'-field, enter CCCCCC

4. Save

5. Change back to the original value IIIIII in the Combine sales sub from-field

6. Save

But we experienced the same error in all companies that we tried so it would be great if you could check if the issue is fixed.
