Unit Conversion is missing when creating salesorder

by Snuffsis

So we need some help understanding exactly what this error means, and why it appears in some cases but not for others.

We have checked that the article is active (as we found a previous issue where this appeared when trying to add an inactive article) which it is. Every article also has a default uom to it.

We also have quantity and price when we are trying to create the salesorder.

At this point, we are trying to create the order manually, but given that it has a lot of article rows it's not really feasible. Is there any more detailed information for this error to be looked at somewhere that might tell us exactly what the problem is, because as it is, it's fairly indescript.

Hi,

It depends on what UOMs are defined on the selected Inventory and what is used in the payload.

Unfortunately, there is no error handling in the current SalesOrder POST endpoint what could show you the number of the line which caused the error.

However, in the new Visma.net ERP Sales Order API Endpoint returns the error in detail so that we can see the faulty input based orderLines": [ ] in the response.
