Urgent - Connection to cache service failed

We currently have major problems in our integrations where we get the following response: 

"Connection to cache service failed" from the API.

Can you please look into this as soon as possible, thanks!

We have received this for example in the following endpoints,

- controller/api/v1/dimension/SUBACCOUNT

- controller/api/v1/supplierInvoice

The same here, I get flooded by these error-messages in our alert-system! And the statuspage still shows operational?
