Webhook notifcations are not coming in again

A few weeks ago we had the same problem.

Can you look at this?

Hi magnus,

 

I don't know when it started, because we don't work in the weekend, but all the notifications of today are not coming in.

All clients who work with our integration has the same problem.

Alright, would you mind sending me your client_id and a some company-id's?

There does not seem to be a general issue, we have tested and are receiving webhooks on our end.

Hi!

We can confirm there is an issue, it looks like the three webhook URI's you have on your end are missing valid TLS certificates.

Would you mind checking if your certificates has expired and let us know if updating them solved the issue?

Could you please share some more details?

When did you start seeing the issue?

Would you be able to doublecheck whether the notification was sent from the UI?

You can do this by checking the notifications found under "Webhook notifications" for the resource your are expecting to receive them:
