automatic Customer number generation setting

Where can I disable the automatic Customer number generation.

Even if I setup a custom generate number for a new customer the system generates it's own sequential number...

Hi,

To set manual numbering for Customer(this also works for any other number series) you need to go to Number Series(ScreenId=CS201010) and tick "Manual Numbering":

Or do I need to delete the old customers which do not match with this range?
