current policy on API access for customers

Hello,

One of our customers would like to set up their own service-type applications. Do they need the ISV sertification to do this? Is it possible to add their organization to the developer portal without being an ISV?

Hi,

We recommend that you get in contact with your partnerService for your market as each market can have different procedures for registering/approving apps/integrations in the store/developerportal.

As per my knowledge, all markets require that you complete the certification.
