endpoint for "prepare puchase order"?

in the visma.net GUI there is some functionality where you can prepare and create a purchase order based on sold items. 

Is this data accessible in the API in any endpoint?

currently, this function is not exposed via the API. You can add this as an improvement request to the Ideas section.
