Bad gateway errors while retrieving PDF invoices

Hello,

 

We are receiving a lot of bad gateway errors while retrieving PDF invoices, both with our automated process and with swagger UI:

Are we doing something wrong or is this a problem on your end?

Hi,

We tried on our end and have no issues getting the PDF via postman or swagger.

Error code 5102 is usually a network issue and should be retried.

How often are you seeing this? Does it always happen to the same invoices?

Hi Magnus,

 

Out of 100 invoices about 20 were succesfully downloaded, the rest resulted in a bad gateway. We tried one manually with with swagger ui, this one gave us an error every time we tried.
