what is detaildId on the PaymentMethodID API

The DETAILID needs to be filled when updating or creating an Customer PaymentMedthodeID, but when doing a GET this object does not come along on the download.

What does this field mean?

t refers to the description on the field of the customerPaymentMethod the value is assigned to.(ScreenId=AR303010)
