We can confirm this is happening on several client ids, on get , put and post requests.
Both 502 bad gateway and timeouts with multiple retries.
Aren't there any form of monitoring on Visma's side on this? Status.visma.net indicates everything is ok, but apparently it's not.
There is a general performance degradation in both API and some operations in ERP. Our Infrastructure teams is currently investigating elevated reports of the connection issues.

I have to agree. Updating status page is of importance.
When we get issues reported by our customers, my team starts investigating for the cause of the problems in our software/servers/infrastructure.
Had Visma posted this issue to the status page, we have not started this internal investigation first, therefor not spending unpaid hours looking into a problem we cannot solve anyway.
We're experiencing really slow API calls....

My customers are calling, that they cannot process orders at their warehouse, their production has come to a halt because of API not functioning.
