The signing period was extended to 14 calendar days (starting from 26th of August). All documents sent for signing starting from that date will have the extended signing period, while the ones sent before - remain on the 6 days period.
Nee, zeker niet mee eens. Zodra een document is klaargezet dan moet het ook binnen korte termijn worden ondertekend. Het voegt niets toe als dat document er 30 dagen staat. Als ze binnen 1 week niet tekenen, dan doen ze het ook niet binnen 1 maand.
@Anonymous Indeed, the needed period of time for signing differs from company to company. We decided on a period of 14 days because it's somewhere in the middle (not too short/ not too long). The person managing the process from Self Service has the control and the option to withdraw the document from signing, in case it's considered not necessary/ relevant anymore.
@Anonymous, is it possible to send a reminder for digital signing after 7 days or in the process within Self service about an activity for signing? We notice now that an employee with a small contract (1h/week till 8h/week) doesn't see the notification they received. Do you have a solution for this problem?
