Mutation print to PDF gets named *personnel * *Mutation * (SLSR-I-361)

We download the pdf prints of many HRSS mutations to enrich them in HR Core Beaufort or to check them against other mutations. All these files are first named Result.pdf and you can save them as anything you want. But we save them in the format of *personnel number* and sometimes *contract number* or *person name*. Adding the *HRSS mutation number* will ensure a unique filename so no other mutation on that person that month, gets overwritten. This will save our department quite some time, and quite possibly other departments and customers too.

In het kader van Youforce Cleanup ideeën reageer ik nu pas op jullie idee van 2018. En inderdaad in 2018 was het vrij gebruikelijk dat de Salarisadministratie of Personeelsadministratie collectief meerdere mutaties wilde uitprinten (b.v. voor een papieren mutatie map). 

Naar ons idee is er sinds 2018 steeds meer gedigitaliseerd. Wij nemen aan dat er nog steeds mutaties worden geprint vanuit Self Service, maar niet meer in de grote aantallen zoals in 2018.

Mede daarom zijn we niet van plan verbeteringen in de print-functionaliteit door te voeren. Het idee heeft daarom de status 'afgewezen' gekregen.
