Added support for the 'Recalculate VAT when the actor changes on the document' setting	The setting 'Recalculate VAT when the actor changes on the document' is now supported. - When the setting is activated, the tax category on the order lines is updated when the customer and/or customer location is changed. - When the setting is deactivated, the tax category on the order lines is not updated when the customer and/or customer location is changed.
