"isRotRutDeductible" added to GET	"isRotRutDeductible" is added to GET/api/v3/SalesOrders/{type}/{orderId} BREAKING CHANGE: This will replace the current "isRotRutDeductable" field. The field "isRotRutDeductable" will be removed after 30th of June 2024
