Increase security of settings page in Send and Receive

Why 

Security of settings page in Send and Receive has been increased. Directory names will not accept the following characters anymore: ' " * < > { } ? ^ %

How

Directory names are validated before storing their values in the system. If any of the invalid characters are filled and the button "save" is clicked, an error message is shown informing the users that the directory name contains invalid characters. Additionally, the changes will not be saved in the system.
