Netsin päivitykset 16.1 ja 17.1.

Netsillä tulee kaksi päivitystä ensi viikolla:

• Maanantaina, 16.1., klo 5 tulee ensimmäinen päivitys ja ei pitäisi aiheuttaa mitään katkoa, jos silti ongelmia esiintyy maksupäätteissä, niin kannattaa olla suoraan yhteydessä Netsin tukeen.
• Tiistaina, 17.1., klo 23 tulee toinen päivitys joka kestää muutaman minuutin ja aiheuttaa katkoa kyseisenä aikana. Jos maksupääte ei saa yhteyttä päivityksen jälkeen, niin yritä käynnistää se uudelleen.

There will be two maintenance actions happening during next week

Network services security patch:

• A short break is planned to happen at late Tuesday night (17^th of January 2023 around 22:00 CET). The network services are updated with the security patches and must be restarted. This should not last more than a few minutes and there are no actions required by the merchants to reconnect. If for any reason the terminal is not automatically reconnected, please try to restart the payment terminal device.

SSL Certificate update:

• The SSL certificate used for frontend services (REST and Websocket) will be updated at early Monday morning (16^th January around 4:00 CET)
• Update should be seamless and no break on the connections expected
• If for any reason you see issues with newly issued certificate please contact Nets support channels
