I always use Insert, I think update only works, if there is already an assigned serial number. Suspect the line number is just a place holder. You can see it in the screen "Numbering Sequences", screen id: CS201010 There is two settings, allow manual numbering, which allows also in the user interface and then allow manual numbering on import. Via API you can also get the settings, although, doesn´t show if manual numbering via import is checked. Endpoint is: /controller/api/v1/numberSequence

I can just confirm, that we have a customer with the same issue, not all orders are failing but some are. We ran several tests, it is not related to the customer, it is specific items that are causing the error. Items has been sent via API without issue before and we can enter in the items without issue directly in Visma.NET. Issue also started for us, on the 17th of October at 07:51 CET. Hi all, Got a customer, that has both B2B without VAT and B2C with VAT sales to EU. Problem is that to me, it seems like Visma NET uses export types to set the VAT category and there is only one for EU. Anyone else run into this scenario and solved it?

Hi all, we want to get the preium freight from the sales order total, out via API. Neither the endpoint Shipment or Sales order (v1 or v2), seems to have Premium freight shown. Sales order v3 has it indirectly, as it shows total freight and freight. Anyone know how we can get it?

Hi all, We have an issue, with orders created via Salesorder v3, that contains a freight charge. Freight charge is added to the order just fine, but is not included in the order total. As soon as we change the value of the freight in Visma.NET, the order total is correct. Not other changes needed.

Hi Joni, we can not get this to work, when ever we set the sales person ID, on the API call to create a sales order, it says ID does not exist. Same ID works fine in version 2.

The issue we were experiencing was solved by the development team, but not sure what the root cause was or what the fix was. So can´t say if it resolved anything for other people or if dev team prefers we send them these messages each time.

We switched from SalesOrders v2 to v3 for a client, using the service API token authorization. The orders keep failing, we get this error "Error: 500 - "" at createError. If we switch the same flow, same message and everything to our demo account, then order is posted fine. If we switch back to v2 with same order details, it is posted fine to customers account. Tested authentication and that is working fine, we can see the scope includes what is needed. Tested in in Postman and our integration tool, both just gives the same error.
