When you have encountered an issue and it seems related to the ERP UI Configurations or ISV needs to clarify financials company setup, Licence related matters before moving further with the API, the ERP support / Partner Service should be contacted.

In this case, please inform your Visma.net Financials customer to contact Financials ERP Support or Partner Service from relevant market to get further information regarding the procedure that should be followed.
