Periodically Timeouts

We are sending calls to the visma.net customer API every hour.

Since Monday we are facing regular timeouts when sending get requests for specific customers.

Some examples from today:

Today it was only this customer. I excluded it from our export and now the requests worked.

Mainly we had trouble with this customer. I just excluded it from our batch and the other customers were processed successfully.
But the last days we also had issues with other customers, one example:

Hello Mathias,

Could you please send us your integration's API Client ID that is used while generating the token ? You can send this to developersupport@visma.com   

CompanyName seems to be "Skal", could you confirm ?

Hi,

Is it always for the same customers?

As far as we can see, there has not been any general issues with the customer endpoint yesterday, or since Monday.
