SalesOrder V3 - customerId filter bug

We have encountered an issue when trying to get all salesorder for a specific customer, when a customer has a customerId (kundnummer) that doesn't fill out all numbers, like so:

When trying to get all salesOrder for that customer using that id "0021" we get 0 results back.

However, if we instead filter it like this "0021_", we get the results we should expect.

So this feels like it is a bug that probably doesn't happen often as the ids probably shouldn't be shorter than a specified length?

this has been reported to the Sales Order Service API team so that it'll be reviewed to determine whether this is working as designed or a bug.
