Extend customerPayment API endpoint with the financeCharges and deductedCharges attributes

Issue: Visma.net API lacks support to create the related financialCharges and deductedCharges attributes in the customerPayment API POST request.

Background: ISV automation of the Payment, Settlement and Reconciliation from credit card processors (Amazon, PayPal & eBay, etc) is a more and more requested feature.

In order to support this feature fully we must be able to pass payment financial charges and deducted Charges in the payment creation API process.

This is currently not possible via Visma.net API because the endpoint /controller/api/v1/customerPayment lacks support for creation of the attributes financeCharges and deductedCharges.

With the above background we ask you to consider the implementation of the financeCharges and deductedCharges in the /controller/api/v1/customerPayment endpoint.
