Feature request: API support for Bank deposits (Screen: CA305000)

Issue: The lack of REST API support of screen CA305000

Suggestion: Add new API endpoint of screen CA305000 into Visma.net API.

Use case: Payment, Settlement and Reconciliation

Background: 

Bank Deposits in Visma.net are useful for when we want to bring payout details from custom e-commerce solutions - save the Visma.net customers from many manual hours of work!

ISV powered automation of the Payment, Settlement and Reconciliation from credit card processors (Amazon, PayPal & eBay, etc) is a more and more requested feature.

By giving the ISV the ability to fully automate the complex and time consuming processes required to close invoices and reconcile their payments and fees with bank deposits would be of visma.net customers interest.

With the support of the API endpoint of the screen CA305000 the ISV would be able to fully automate the creation of the deposits, and reconcile them with payments already in the visma.net.

With the above background we ask you to consider the implementation of the requested API endpoint of the CA305000 screen.
