Several nodes have been under heavy load due to high volume of the API traffic, therefore some clients were experiencing degraded performance and increased service time.
Could you please share the API Client ID and the Ipp-Company-ID where you've received timeouts ?
We're currently investigating the issue affecting our servers and will inform you once we finalized the process.
