504 gateway timeouts today

Hi

We're receiving 504 gateway timeouts today when posting to :

POST/controller/api/v1/shipment/{shipmentNumber}/action/confirmShipment

 
and
POST/controller/api/v1/shipment
 
This was occuring around 13:22 according to our logs.
We do have automatic retries, but such disruptions have huge impact on our customers production environments , leading to delays and goods being sent late from warehouses.

has the client (integrasjonspartner_live) integrated with the companies shared above experienced any performance related issues today ?

Hello Kjetil,

 

Several nodes have been under heavy load due to high volume of the API traffic, therefore some clients were experiencing degraded performance and increased service time. 

 

Could you please share the API Client ID and the Ipp-Company-ID where you've received timeouts ? 

 

We're currently investigating the issue affecting our servers and will inform you once we finalized the process. 

 

We're sorry for any standstill this may have caused.

Additional 502 Bad gateway messages posting to the inventory endpoint this morning around 0801

 

Can Visma please share their thoughts of the last weeks reliability incidents?

This is happening a bit too often for comfort now.
