Conditions for deduction of rent from employee minimum wage
The following conditions apply to the deduction of the rent of living space from your employee's minimum wage:
You may withhold a maximum of 25% of the gross minimum wage. It concerns the minimum wage to which your employee is entitled;
Conditions for withholding health insurance from the minimum wage
You may also deduct an amount from the minimum wage for health insurance.
You may deduct a maximum of € 1,371 for 2018. The amount is determined annually.
For 2019 this is € 1,432. It is an estimate of the average premium per year; this equates to € 114.25 per month. For 2019 this is € 119.35.
