Various clients with their own HR package have asked us to enable them to upload the salary slips and annual statements in their own portal/file without having to retrieve them from the File first. Starting in 2022, it will therefore be possible to use a File API to retrieve the salary slips directly from Visma | Youserve.
This service will be available starting on 1-1-2022. It is unfortunately not possible to retrieve salary slips retroactively by using the File API.
The interface Salary slips via File API has been added to the Interfaces.
If you want to start using the new service from 1-1-2022, you can enable the appropriate interface on the Interfaces screen.
Create File API
To be able to receive the salary slips using this method, you as a client have to create a receiving API yourself.
You can find out how to do this in the community via the Youforce Developer Portal https://community.raet.com/developers-community/w/file-api.
If you want to start using this service from 1-1-2022, please get in touch with your contact at Visma | Youserve, who will activate the service for your organization. In addition, make sure you have a receiving API and that the appropriate Interface is enabled as described above.
When you opened the values cluster screen for the Holiday element, the holidays were always sorted by description with the oldest holidays at the top. This meant you had to scroll through the long list of holidays to select the current holidays, which were at the end of the list. We have now adjusted the sorting.
As of this release, the most current holidays are found at the top of the list, so you can quickly check and save the relevant holidays.
No action is required.
In the October release, we modified the Values List screen because it was restricted to 20 pages. This meant you could not see all values on values lists of more than 20 pages. Moreover, you could not quickly navigate from the first to the last page on this screen.
We have adjusted the pagination at the bottom of the Values List screen. From now on, the page series will always contain the numbers of the first and last page, so that you can quickly navigate between them.
No action is required.
If only one reason was set in the Reason for leave values list, it was not shown in the Reason for leave field on the Leave Request screen. If multiple reasons were set, they did appear on this screen.
This has been resolved. If only one reason for leave has been set in a value list, this will now also be shown on the Leave request screen.
No action is required.
Multiple languages are available in more and more sections of HR Core Business. As of this release, you can also save the name/title of a screen in different languages when defining free screens.
You can save the title of the screen in the following languages.
If you want to use a free screen where the user logs in using one of the four languages, you can now provide a correct title in the appropriate language for each free screen.
It was not possible to take additional childbirth leave if the child’s date of birth was before the employee’s date of employment. The request produced the following notification in HR Core: Main contract details for determining additional childbirth leave not found.
This has been resolved. It is now possible to take additional childbirth leave if the child’s date of birth is before the employee’s date of employment.
If an Additional childbirth leave request has resulted in the notification shown, then you should resubmit the request in Self Service.
The Leave balance overview per month did not show the correct balance of former employees. The leave balance in the report deviated from the balance in HR Core, which was often adjusted to 0.
This has been resolved. The leave balance is now only shown for the months in which the employee is actually employed. The report shows an empty cell for months following the end of employment. After all, the employee is no longer employed and does not accrue 0 hours of leave, nor does the employee have any basic entitlements in the period in which he/she is no longer employed.
No action is required.
Occasionally, 0 hours was not shown on a public holiday on the Annual schedule screen. Instead, working hours were shown according to the employee’s work schedule. This was because the fixed holidays (Christmas, New Year’s Day and King’s Day) were not displayed correctly in the second year when generating a work schedule for two years. The working hours according to the schedule remained the same.
This has been resolved. Working hours are no longer shown on fixed holidays.
If you see working hours listed on fixed holidays on the Annual schedule screen for employees in your organization, you can correct this by generating the annual schedule again after the November release. You only have to do this for the year in which working hours are listed on holidays instead of 0 hours, as should be the case.
