Can not update lotSerialNbr

I am having trouble updating lotSerialNbr on shipments and can not figure out the problem.

If i make a GET request to "/v1/shipment/019893" i get this response in "shipmentDetailLines":

I receive this error:  "Shipment Allocation Line: '11' not found."

Why is this ocuring when the GET request shows allocation line 11?

I always use Insert, I think update only works, if there is already an assigned serial number.
Suspect the line number is just a place holder.

Please also note, that the line number for allocations, should be written as: lineNbr
